About This Station

The station is powered by a Watson 1080 weather station. The data is collected every 60 seconds and the site is updated every 5 minutes. This site and its data is collected using Weather Display Software. The station is comprised of an anemometer, a rain gauge and a thermo-hydro sensor situated in optimal positions for highest accuracy possible.

About This City

Farnham is a small market town situated in Surrey in southern England about 10 miles from Guildford

The location of the weather station, in my garden in Weybourne on the outskirts of Farnham, is slightly affected by the "Hoggs Back" a large hill dividing Farnham from Guildford. The Hoggs Back forms the end of the south downs and Farnham is a starting point for the North Downs Way Foot path which goes all the way to Dover
